Aiming at the evaluation index of decision making units containing the undesirable outputs,generalized DEA method with undesirable outputs is given in this paper. The definition of generalized DEA efficiency,judgement condition and the relationship with the Pareto efficiency of corresponding multi- objective programming are discussed in the generalized DEA method with undesirable outputs.
