目的：探讨中医药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床用药规律,以期更好地服务临床。方法：在中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）,万方数据库,维普数据库（VIP）,中国生物医学数据库中（CBM）中,以＂糖尿病周围神经病变＂为主关键词,＂中医治疗＂＂中药治疗＂为副关键词,检索2006年1月—2016年5月的相关文献,共搜索相关文献640篇,经过筛选,共获得符合条件的文献53篇,将53篇文献中涉及的单味中药依次输入Excel2003中,运用频次分析、聚类分析法等数据挖掘技术对用药规律进行一般统计学分析。结果：53篇文献中共涉及59首中药复方,共涉及单味中药138味,用药频次达722次,其中用药频次超过25次的分别为黄芪、当归、川芎、桂枝、鸡血藤、红花。中药用药类别最多的分别是补虚药,其次是活血化瘀药和祛风湿药。聚类分析结果显示补益气血、活血化瘀以及益气养阴是临床治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的常用配伍药类。结论：补益气血、活血化瘀以及益气养阴对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗具有较好的疗效。

英文摘要：

Objective：To explore the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in order to make the clinical treatment better. Methods ： In the China journal full text database （ CNKI ） , Wanfang data- base,VIP database （VIP）, Chinese biomedical database （CBM）, ＂the diabetic peripheral neuropathy＂ as the main keywords, ＂traditional Chinese medicine＂,＂ Chinese medicine treatment＂ as vice keywords, select related literature from January 2015 to May 2016. The 640 relevant articles,after screening,had a total of 53 articles which met the conditions of literature. The single herbs involving in these 53 pieces of literature were input into Excel 2003. By using the frequency analysis, cluster analysis and other data mining techniques, the drug laws of general statistical analysis were studied. Results ： In 53 articles, there were 59 Chi- nese medicine compounds,involving a total of 138 kinds of single Chinese herbs and the medication frequency was 722. Drugs which medication frequency more than 25 were respectively Astragalus, Chinese angelica, ehuanxiong rhizome, cassia twig, Caulis Spatholobi and safflower. The most commonly- used Chinese medicine are tonic drugs ,followed by drugs for resoving blood stasis and expelling rheumatism medicine. Cluster analysis results showed that the replenishing Qi and blood, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and supplementing Qi and nourishing yin is clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy commonly used. Conclusion ： It is very effective for the treatment of tonifying Qi and blood, blood stasis and supplementing Qi and nourishing yin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
