从技术联盟、组织间学习与企业创新绩效的关系人手，提出了技术联盟经由组织问学习影响企业创新绩效的概念模型与理论假设．通过对我国生物产业173家企业的问卷调查和结构方程模型验证，深入分析了技术联盟的特性通过对组织间学习的作用来影响企业创新绩效的机理，并指出了生物企业利用技术联盟提升创新绩效需要注意的方面和未来的研究展望．
英文摘要：
With the intensification of international competition and the rapid technological change, access to external knowledge source becomes gradually important. During the cooperation process in technology alliance, organizational boundaries become permeable, and obstacles to organizational knowledge flow among alliance members are reduced. Technology alliance becomes an effective way to gain external knowledge. Especially in the rapid technical progress industries, acquiring knowledge from external source can help enterprises get higher priority than from internal development.
