应用溶胶.凝胶技术,通过在纳米SiO2微粒的形成过程中原位合成稀土有机配合物,制备了尺寸60~80nm的铽(Ⅲ)与对羟基苯甲酸配合物掺杂的纳米SiO2微粒。在铽与对羟基苯甲酸配合物掺杂纳米SiO2微粒的水溶液中观察到了很强的绿色发光,这类稀土有机配合物掺杂的纳米SiO2微粒在生物荧光探测中有广泛的应用前景。
Synthesis process and luminescence behavior of ρ-hydroxybenzoic acid-terbium complex doped silica nanoparticle have been investigated. The ρ-hydroxybenzoic acid-terbium complexes were in-situ synthesized during formation of silica nanoparticle. The colloidal solutions of the silica nanoparticles show bright green luminescence upon short wavelength UV irradiation.
