采用固相法制备出xLi_3PO_4/LiFePO_4/C(x=0,0.025,0.05,0.10,0 15,0.20,0.50)复合锂离子电池阴极材料。电化学充放电测试显示,0.025Li_3PO_4/LiFePO_4/C材料的性能优于同时制各的对比样品LiFePO_4/C的。0.025Li_3PO_4/LiFePO_4/C材料以0.1C倍率的首次放电容量可达158.7mA·h/g,以1C倍率充放65次后容量可保持在139.3mA·h/g。循环伏安测试及交流阻抗测试结果与电化学充放电测试结果一致,说明少量共生的Li_3PO_4可以改善LiFePO_4的电化学性能。
The composite cathode materials of xLi_3PO_4/LiFePO_4/C(x = 0,0.025,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.50) based on LiFePO_4 for lithium battery were prepared by a solid state reaction method.The galvanostatic charge/discharge analysis indicated that the electrochemical capabilities of 0.025Li_3PO_4/LiFePO_4/C was better than that of LiFePO_4/C synthesized in the same way.A higher discharge capacity of 158.7mA·h/g could be obtained by 0.025Li_3PO_4/LiFePO_4/C in the first cycle at the rate of 0.1 C,and a capacity of 139.3 mA·h/g could be held after 65 cycles at the rate of 1C.The electrochemical capacities of the obtained 0.025Li_3PO_4/LiFePO_4/C were also investigated by cyclic voltammetry measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results are consistent with galvanostatic charge/discharge analysis which indicates that Li_3PO_4 can improve the electrochemical property of LiFePO_4.
