针对低碳经济下内河班轮航线配船问题,在给定运输需求和航线的前提下,以船队经营成本最低、碳排放量最小和发船频率最高为优化目标,建立低碳内河班轮航线配船优化模型,提出一种基于效用加性方法(Utilities Addictives,UTA)的多目标线性优化求解方法,以长三角有代表性的5条内河班轮航线进行算例研究.根据企业决策者给出的偏好信息,利用UTA方法推断出3个目标的效用函数,进一步根据效用函数来优化3个目标.结果表明,本文提出的模型方法能够有效地平衡和优化经营成本、碳排放以及发船频率目标,决策结果符合决策者偏好.该模型是线性的,相比非线性模型更容易算出最优值,更易于应用.
Aiming at the ship assignment problem of inland liner transportation under low-carbon economy, under the premise of a given transport demand and routes,a multi-objective inland ship assignment optimization model was established to minimize operating cost,minimize carbon emission and maximize ship frequency. A multi-objective linear optimization model based on UTA was proposed. The example verification was carried out by using five typical lines in Yangtze river delta. The utility functions of three goals were deduced according to the given preference information of decision makers. Then the three goals of the example were optimized according to the utility functions. Calculation result shows that the model can effectively balance and optimize the operating cost,carbon emission and service level. Decision results conform to the decision makers' preference. The proposed model is linear which is easier to calculate optimal solution and to be applied.
