为了检验所开发SBW系统控制器的主动转向控制算法和路感模拟控制算法的可靠性,基于dSPACE实时仿真系统和CarSim整车模型,设计了线控转向硬件在环仿真试验台,给出了试验台架设计方案和关键器件的选型,并利用CATIA设计了台架的结构图。重点分析了实时仿真过程和系统控制方案。此试验台可以实现“人一车一路”闭环仿真,为SBW系统的开发和控制器的设计提供支持。
In order to test and verify the reliability of the control algorithm of the active steering and the sense of road simulation for SBW system controller, a hardware-in-loop simulation test platform for SBW system was developed based on dSPACE real-time simulation system and CarSim vehicle model. The platform design scheme was proposed and the key components were confirmed. The platform structure was built in software CATIA. Real-time simulation process and the system control scheme were emphatically analyzed. The platform can realize the 'driver-vehicle- road' closed loop simulation. It provides support for the SBW system development and the controller design.
