将乳化沥青冷再生混合料(ECR)、热拌普通沥青混合料(HMA)及两者组合(ECR/HMA)共三种结构形式,分两层碾压成10 cm厚的车辙板并切割制作试件,采用MMLS3小型加速加载设备,在60℃试验条件下对三种结构形式的变形特征进行试验研究分析。研究发现,三种结构的车辙总变形量可采用加载次数对数曲线很好地进行拟合,最终车辙总变形量的大小顺序为ECR〈ECR/HMA〈HMA,ECR的高温抗变形性能要优于HMA;和HMA不同,ECR的车辙总变形主要表现为压密变形,隆起变形量很小,隆起系数仅为0.15—0.20,说明了其高温抗剪切变形能力较强;在加载后期的车辙稳定发展阶段,ECR的蠕变速率也较HMA要大。
Three kinds of structural combination including emulsion cold recycling mixture( ECR),normal hot mixture asphalt( HMA) and combination of them( ECR/HMA) were adopted in this research. With the 1 /3 Model Mobile Load Simulator( MMLS3) equipment,the 60 ℃ deformation characteristic of the three kinds of structural combination were tested and analyzed. According to the test results,the total rutting deformation can be regressed well as log( loading times) curve,the sequence of total rutting depth was ECR 〈ECR /HMA 〈HMA,that showed the anti-rutting ability of ECR was better than HMA. Unlike HMA,the deformation of ECR was mainly on compacted deformation,and the uplift deformation was quite small,the uplift coefficient was 0. 15 ~ 0. 20. The creep slope of ECR was also bigger than HMA.
