On the basis of defining the connotation of tech small and micro enterprise in the scientific community, we analy zes the causes and its financing predicament, summarize the three cluster development patterns of tech small and micro en- terprises in China and the corresponding wholesale funding patterns, finally put forward some suggestions systematically resolving financing problem of tech small and micro enterprise by constructing financial markets and taking wholesale loans.
