目的:应用光谱成像技术探讨湿度变化对西洋参品质的动态影响及可逆性。方法:选用中心波长为254 nm的紫外光源激发西洋参样品发射荧光进行在体检测,系统光谱分辨率5 nm,光谱覆盖范围420~680 nm。对存放于不同湿度条件下的3份西洋参检品连续检测,绘制归一化特征光谱图。并用自定义中心波长反映西洋参的品质变化规律。结果:环境湿度变化对西洋参品质量有显著影响,且受潮西洋参饮片经重新干燥处理后,其特征荧光光谱的变化不可逆转。结论:荧光光谱成像技术可用于中药贮藏与养护状况的监测,并具有操作简便、快速、无损等优点。
OBJECTIVE To study the dynmic of quality of traditional Chinese medicine Panaz quinquefolium affected by the change of humidity and its reversibility. METHODS The spectral imaging method was used. Ultraviolet ray source that with a central wavelength of 254 nm was used to stimulate the Panacr quinquefolium sample to emit fluorescence and Panax quinquefolius was detected in vivo. The spectral resolution of the system was 5 nm and the spectral range was from 420 nm to 680 nm. Detected samples were kept in different humidity conditions, and analyzed respectively. The normalized characteristic spectrum of each sample can be obtained. User-defined centre wavelength was utilized to show regularity of the change of Panaxc quin- quefolium. RESULTS The change of environmental humidity had a significant effect on the quality of Pana3c quinquefolium. After drying treatment the change of characteristic fluorescence spectrum image of Panax quinquefolium affected by moisture could not be reversed. CONCLUSION Fluorescence imaging spectrum technology can be used to monitor the storage and main- tenance of traditional Chinese medicine, and the method is simple, rapid, and nondestructive.
