The construction of central village is an important way for poverty alleviation in rural areas. ＂＇Bashan＇s new home＂ project implemented by Bazhong city plays a key role in the use of land resources, improving infrastructure and public services, promoting industrial development, propelling low-rent housing construction. Nevertheless, there are also some questions, such as, widen gap between rich and poor, low agricultural productivity, lack of human resources and so on. Specific strategies include： diversification of funding, the reform of property rights system , cultivate competitive industry .
