Inner financing and indirect financing methods are the main financing channels of Taiwan-owned enterprises in mainland China, and financing obstacles are the key problems during the production and management of Taiwan-owned enterprises. According to occurrence, causes, the financing obstacles of Taiwan-owned enterprises fall into several types, and the low ability of credit guarantee and high cost of bank loan are the main causes that constrain the financing of Taiwan-owned enterprises. The approaches to solve the financing obstacles should start with improving financing environment and increasing own quality, and use various ways to broaden the financing channels, in order to meet the capital demand to the most extent in the investment and management of Taiwan-owned enterprises.
