为解决停车诱导信息系统(PGIS)中可变停车诱导信息显示板的选址优化问题,以诱导量最大为优化目标,建立了优化模型.考虑了可变信息显示板总数约束、单交叉口信息板个数约束、所有停车场均有至少一次被诱导的条件约束及可变信息板设置的疏密程度约束.采用遗传算法对模型进行优化求解,并以一个仿真示例对模型构造及求解过程进行阐述.结果表明,该模型可直接用于停车诱导系统设计中,合理确定可变信息板在路网中的最佳位置.
With an objective of maximizing the amount of guidance information, an optimization model was developed to solve the problem of optimizing variable-message board locations in parking guidance information system (PGIS). Some restrictions were considered in the model including the restriction of the sum of boards, the restriction of the number of boards on single intersection, the conditional restriction of all parks' being guided at least one time and the restriction of the density of boards. Genetic algorithm was applied to deal with the optimization through an example to explain the construction and solution of the model. Simulation results show that the model can be directly used in the design of PGIS, and through this model the optimal locations of variable-message boards in the road network can be reasonably determined.
