通过十一烯酸和端羟基超支化聚合物(HBP)酯化反应得到超支化聚酯(HBPE),然后将HBPE以NaHSO3进行磺化并以NaNO3为催化剂制得磺酸盐型超支化聚合物表面活性剂(SHBP)。考察了磺化时间、温度及反应物投料比等对磺化度的影响,采用F11R和’HNMR对产物结构进行了表征,并考察了不同磺化度的SHBP的表面活性和对NaCl的容忍度。结果表明合成SHBP的较佳条件为:HBPE用量为0.01mol,n(Na2S03):n(NaHSO3):1:2,NaNO3用量为HBPE和NaHSO3总质量的2%,反应温度为95℃,n(HBPE):n(NaHSO3)=1:9,反应时间为7h,此时产物的磺化度为5.19mmol·g-1。
Hyperbranched polyester (HBPE) was prepared by esterification of undecylenic acid with hydroxy - terminated hyperbranched polymer. Then the HBPE was sulfonated by using sodium hydrosulfite as sulfonation agent and with NaNO3 as catalyst forming sulfonate type hyperbranched polymer surfactant (SHBP). Effects of reaction time, temperature and molar ratio on degree of sulfonation were investigated. Molecular structure of the product was characterized by FTIR and 1HNMR. Surface activity and tolerance to NaCl of the SHBP product with deferent degree of sulfonation were studied. Results showed that suitable conditions for the preparation can be identified as : reaction temperature, 95 ℃ ; mole ratio, n ( HBPE ) : n ( NaHSO3 ) = 1 : 9 ; reaction time,7 h. For O. 01 mol of HBPE, dosage of catalyst NaNO3 is 2% of total mass of HBPE and NaHSO3. Under these -1 conditions ,the degree of sulfonation achieves 5.19 mmol·g-1.
