将奇瑞SQR480汽油机改装为氢发动机,开发了以Microchip公司PIC16F877单片机为核心的多点进气道内顺序喷射的电控喷氢系统。采用高速开关型数字电磁阀作为电控系统的执行元件,运用PWM驱动方式来控制实际的喷氢量。采用模块化方法设计了系统控制软件,开发了实时监控系统。仿真结果表明:该系统能较好地实现对喷氢量的控制。
For modifying a CHERY SQR 480 gasoline engine to a hydrogen-fueled engine, a suit of manifold multipoint sequential hydrogen injection system was developed by using PIC16F877 single-chip microprocessor of Microchip company. The high speed digital solenoid valve was used as the actuator of the electronic control hydrogen injection system, and the quantity of hydrogen injected was controlled by using the PWM drive mode. The software was also designed by using the method of modularization design, meanwhile, the real-time monitor system was also developed. The simulation results show that the electronic control system can control the hydrogen injection very well and it is feasible.
