采取原子吸收分光光度计、X-射线衍射分析等方法研究利用钨尾矿煅烧水泥熟料。研究结果表明,水泥生料中WO3的质量分数为1×10^-66×10^-4时,可改善生料的易烧性,有利于水泥熟料矿物阿利特的形成,且钨的逸放率仅为0.05%.0.30%;利用钨尾矿作生产水泥熟料的原料,少掺萤石,不仅可改善生料的易烧性,有利于水泥熟料矿物形成,且可减少Pb、Cd和氟的逸放,可作为环保型水泥熟料矿化剂。
This paper studies the calcined cement clinker with tungsten tailings by means of atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and X-Ray diffraction. The result shows that the content of WO3in the range from 1×10^-6 to 6×10^-4in the raw materials is helpful to improve the burnability and the formation of Alite. The ratio of tungsten emission is only 0.05%~0.30%. Moreover, the utilization of tungsten tailings as mineralizer by reducing the amount of fluorite can help improve the burnability of raw materials as well as reduce the emission of Pb, Cd and F. Thus, tungsten tailings can be utilized as a sort of environmental-friendly cement mineralizer.
