就转速对螺旋升流式反应器系统厌氧释磷以及流态特性的影响进行试验研究.试验过程中,当转速从30~40r·min^-1增加到90r·min^-1时,厌氧区平均释磷浓度从27.5mg·^-1小幅增加到29.8mg·L^-1,然后减少到13mg·L^-1.研究结果表明:转速为40r·min^-1时,厌氧释磷效果最佳;转速对聚磷菌(PAQ)与聚糖菌(GAOs)的竞争产生了影响,进而影响了厌氧区释磷的代谢水平;不同转速时流态变化趋势与厌氧释磷效果变化趋势相一致;而与厌氧释磷代谢水平相关的参数郇AO以及反应速率常数k与流态之间的关系均呈现良好的线性关系.这说明转速对厌氧释磷影响的关键环节是转速的变化引起了反应器流态特性的变化.
An investigation is carried on the effect of the rotational speed on phosphorus release and flow pattern in the anaerobic zone of the spiral-up flow reactor system. As the rotational speed rose from 30 to 40, and to 90 r · min^- 1, the mean concentration of pO4^3-P increased from 27.5 mg· L^- 1 to 29.8 mg· L^- 1, and then decreased to 13 mg· L^- 1. And the optimal rotational speed was 40 r· min^- 1. The rotational speed affected the competition between PAOs and GAOl, which resuted in an influence on phosphorus release finally. The effects of rotational speed on flow pattern were consistent with its effects on phosphorus release. However, a linear relationship between the plug flow pattern occupation rate of the reactor volume and αPAO was observed. And the reaction rate constant K was also linear up with the plug flow pattern occupation rate of the reactor volume. The results show that the committed step of the effects of rotational speed on phosphorus release is the variety of the flow pattern.
