The current college students' comprehensive quality evaluation in a certain extent can reflect students' ability and quality, but there are certain deviation compared with the employing units' requirements on the university graduates' comprehensive quality. And, in the process of employment of undergraduates, graduates, employers and universities lack effective interactive platform. Therefore, research and exploration to college graduates quality evaluation and construction of employment recommendation platform becomes very necessary. Evaluation of the quality of college graduates should reflect students' adaptation, which is the needs of so- cial development and employment ability. If people should make full use of quality evaluation results, construction of employment recommendation platform would solve the contradiction of employment and promote effectively the employment of university students.
