目的:探讨皮肤镜图像分析技术在育发类产品的功效评价。方法:随机收集雄激素性脱发患者58例,经知情同意后自愿参加产品试用者;取得0周、4周、8周和12周的宏观和皮肤镜微观图像,经观察测得靶目标终毛根数和终毛数密度参数的变化;设实验组与对照组,经自身对照评价其功效。结果:实验组32例,有效率84.37%;对照组22例,有效率86.36%;实验组和对照组的各周次与0周次及两组问比较,产品功效随着时间的推移其各组参数变化均具有显著意义,P〈0.01。结论:本文采用皮肤镜图像分析技术,客观评价了毛发的生长情况及应用于育发类产品的功效评价,并探讨了皮肤镜的功效判定标准,在临床获得满意的结果;本研究具有无创性、客观性和操作简便的特点,可作为毛发的基础研究和育发类产品功效评价的辅助工具。
Objective: To explore the efficacy evaluation of nurturing hair products by dermoscopy image analysis technology. Methods: We randomly collected 58 patients who had been suffering from androgenetic alopecia, and had been willing to accept the product trial after being informed. Then we obtained the macro images and micro images by dermoscopy as well in 0 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks. After observing these images, we measured the changes of numbers of terminal hair and its density parameter. In addition, we set up the experimental group and control group, and the efficacy was evaluated by own control. Results: There were 32 cases in experimental group, the effective rate of which was 84.37%, while there were 22 cases in control group, the effective rate of which was 86.36%. According to the results of comparison between the two groups, the efficacy of the product, along with the changes of parameter, as time went by, have shown great significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion: We have adopted dermoscopy image analysis technology to objectively evaluate growth of hair and the efficacy of nurturing hair products. Besides, we have discussed the standard determination of efficacy by dermoscopy, which have obtained satisfactory results in clinic. Our research has been noninvasive, objective and simple, which has been able to be the auxiliary means for fimdamental research of hair and efficacy evaluation of nurturing hair products.
