利用溶液混合后蒸发溶剂法制备了PC、PCA3V-0、PC/PMMA-g-UV-0三种薄膜。通过紫外吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱、玻璃化温度和特性黏数等测试研究了三种薄膜经紫外光辐照前后的结构,研究了2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-0)和PMMA-g-UV-0在PC紫外光辐照中的作用,结果表明,UV-0和PMMA-g-UV-0的加入可在一定程度上抑制PC在紫外光作用下的结构变化,提高PC抗紫外光能力。
Three kinds of films designated as PC, PC/UV-0 and PC/PMMA-g-UV-0 were prepared by solution method. The configurations of these films before and after ultraviolet (UV) radiation were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy (UV-Vis), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and intrinsic viscosity measurements. The effect of UV-0 and PMMA-g-UV-0 on the U-V-resistant performance of polycarbonate was also researched. The results indicate that UV-0 and PMMA-g-UV-0 can restrain structural change of polycarbonate when it was radiated by UV, and hence enhance the UV-resistant performance of polycarbonate.
