考虑生产能力、外包、库存以及回收产品采购等要素,依据市场需求确定再制造产品在不同计划期下的生产计划安排,是绿色再制造综合生产计划的核心。优化再制造综合生产计划能够降低绿色再制造过程不确定性和提高绿色再制造生产的收益。构建了考虑随机市场需求情况下,以企业利润最大化为目标的绿色再制造综合生产计划决策模型,提出了资源充足条件下的绿色再制造随机综合生产计划模型求解方法,推导出绿色再制造各计划期的再制造生产量区间。研究发现,在满足最优目标时,再制造生产系统服务水平与库存水平之间存在一定的关系,计划期生产计划量与产品需求具有相同的随机分布。通过算例,分析了考虑外包因素后的模型中,产品价格的变动对绿色再制造的总利润、生产计划量及绿色再制造外包量的影响。
The key of aggregate remanufacturing planning is to arrange the production in different horizons based on market demand, considering such factors as productivity, outsourcing, procurement, and inventory. Optimization of remanufacturing planning is helpful to reduce its uncertainty and improve its profit. We build a decision model for aggregate remanufacturing planning to maximize firm's profit with uncertain market demand and develop the solution algorithms. The results show that there is a relationship between service level and inventory level in remanufacturing system, the quantities of production planning and its product demand follow the same random distribution when the optimal objective is achieved. An example is presented to analyze the impact of price changes on remanufacturing profit, production planning and remanufacturing outsourcing.
