合伙经销组织作为农产品流通组织的主体类型之一，在农产品的生产、加工、销售等环节中扮演了重要角色。以赣南脐橙合伙经销组织为研究对象，对我国农产品合伙经销组织的发展现状、类型与作用、经营效益状况、电子商务发展状况、出口状况等进行了调研分析。研究发现，融资难、人才缺乏、相关法律法规不健全、制度不给力等是制约农产品合伙经销组织发展的重要障碍。因此，为推进我国农产品合伙经销组织优化发展，必须以政府为主导，不断创新农村金融功能与完善机制；多方着手，为农业留才、引才形成合力；不断加大支农惠农政策的力度、广度与信度；进一步优化现有制度，畅通农产品流通各环节。

英文摘要：

As one of the main agro-product circulation operators, partner operation organizations have played an important role in the production, processing and marketing, etc. Via the survey of the 20 partner operation organizations in Gannan district, the paper gave an empirical and systematic analysis of their development status, types, operating efficiency, BC and export status. The results indicated that financing difficulties, lacking of talents, imperfect laws or institutions were the main obstacles. Therefore, in order to push forward the development of partner operation organizations in Gannan dis- trict, rural financial functions should be innovated and the mechanisms be improved under the leader- ship of the government. And all every efforts should be made to induce talents and hold talents for ag- riculture. It is also a must to enhance the efforts of support from which agriculture policy may bene- fit, and furtherly optimize the existing system to unobstruct the flow of various aspects of agro-- products.
