已有不少学者对团队学习问题进行了深入探讨,但是对于一些问题依然缺乏系统研究,譬如:哪些心理因素会影响团队成员参与团队学习的行为(是否参与、参与的程度)并进而影响团队的学习能力。通过建立一个团队学习心理准备模型及一系列命题对这个问题进行了阐释。最后,指出了这个概念模型的意义以及本研究的局限性。
Since the concept of team learning was put forward, it has been attracting many scholars' attention. Unfortunately, some questions need to be researched systematically, for example, what kind of psychological factors influence team members' determination of participating in team learning and influence team learning capacity? We develop a theoretical model and a set of propositions to illuminate this research question. Finally, we present implications for theory and practice, and indicate the limitations of the study.
