数学微格教学是改进师范生教学技能和方法的有用工具.然而,数学微格教学在实施中出现了一系列问题,如微格教学课堂与真实课堂差别很大,评价体系不完善,师范生积极性减退等.这些问题削弱了它训练师范生教学技能的能力.为了提高数学微格教学的有效性,可采用改进模拟训练,建立完整的评价体系,构建微格教学论坛等方法.
Mathematics microteaching is a useful tool of refining teaching skills and methodologies of normal students. However, there is a series of problems in the course of applying microteaching, such as big differences between microteaching class and real class, imperfect evaluation system, decrease of initiatives of normal students and so on. All these problems weaken its ability to train teaching skills of normal students. In order to improve the effectiveness of Mathematics microteaching, several methods can be adopted, such as enhancing simulative training, setting up proper evaluation system and establishing microteaching forum.
