为了能够准确识别窃电行为,在现代智能电配电网系统中,基于图论和矩阵理论得到一种简单实用的窃电辨识方法。利用电源端和负荷侧的电流量同步测量,将测量结果通过计算后,即可判别和定位窃电用户。该方法的主要优点是利用成熟的远程抄表和现代通讯技术,不需要人员到现场采集用户电表信息。仿真算例验证了该方法的有效性。与以往窃电辨识方式比,该方法不局限于电网具体窃电位置,具有较强的适用性,可以很好地预防和定位窃电行为。
In order to identify the electricity-theft correctly, in the modern intelligent power distribution network, based on graph theory and matrix theory, identification of electricity-theft was established which was simple and practical.By using the topology network and the user's accurate voltage measurement, using the power side and load side flow synchronous measurement, the measurement results were calculated. Compared with the impedance and the measured impedance, the electricity-theft was identified. This method took the advantage of remote meter reading and modern communication technology, without collecting user electricity information on the scene.This method was proved effective by the simulation example.This method is general not limited in location of electricity-theft compared with previous theft. This method also provides theoretical support to electricity-theft identification, giving theoretical support for application in identification of power theft.
