针对混凝土泵液压系统压力测量信号信噪比低且非平稳的特点,对混凝土泵工作过程中的液压系统压力测量信号进行小波变换滤波,通过选择coifN小波和heursure规则对压力测量信号进行小波分解和滤波处理,有效去除了压力测量信号中的噪声,取得了良好的滤波效果,为混凝土泵排量的实时测量以及工作状态实时监控和故障诊断提供处理和识别依据。
According to the characteristics of low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of the pressure measured signal of concrete pump hydraulic system,the wavelet transform filter was used in the pressure measured signal when the concrete pump was working.By selecting coifN wavelet and heursure rule to decompose and filter the pressure measured signal,the noise in the pressure measured signal was effectively removed,and good filter result was obtained.It provides processing and identifying basis for real-time measuring of concrete pump flow,controlling on-line and fault diagnosis.
