高速主轴/刀柄的联结性能对加工精度和机床可靠性具有重要影响.采用机械零件可靠性设计的方法,对高速主轴/刀柄联结的可靠性进行了分析,建立了高速主轴/刀柄联结强度和传递扭矩的可靠性模型,并给出了可靠度的通用计算公式,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,计算出不同转速、过盈量、夹紧力作用下的高速主轴/刀柄联结的接触应力,系统地揭示出不同夹紧力作用下,过盈量、转速对高速主轴/刀柄联结强度和传递扭矩的可靠性的影响,研究结果为实际使用过程中夹紧力、过盈量、转速大小的选用提供了参考.
The connection performances of the high speed spindle/toolholder interface has important influence on machining accuracy and reliability of machine tool.Based on the theory of mechanical reliability design,the reliability of high speed spindle/toolholder interface is analyzed,the reliability model of the yield strength and torque transmission for high speed spindle/toolholder interface is established,and the general formula for reliability computation is presented.Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software,the contact pressure under different magnitude of interference,clamping force and rotational speed is worked out.Then with the different clamping force,the effect of magnitude of interference and rotational speed on the reliability of high speed spindle/toolholder interface are discussed in detail.The results can be used as reference to choose the suitable value of clamping force,magnitude of interference,rotational speed in practice use.
