目的:检测5种抗菌药物对铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌的体外抗菌活性,为临床用药提供依据。方法根据CLSI 2010年版标准,采用琼脂稀释法测定美罗培南、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦对铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(M IC )。结果美罗培南、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦对铜绿假单胞菌及鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药率分别为30.0%、20.0%、0、45.0%、15.0%及75.0%、80.0%、75.0%、80.0%、80.0%;美罗培南、阿米卡星、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦对铜绿假单胞菌和鲍氏不动杆菌的M IC50分别为8、3、16、16、5 mg/L和64、256、256、64、128 mg/L ,M IC90分别为60.8、256、64、128、243.2 m g/L和243.2、256、256、128、128 m g/L。结论鲍氏不动杆菌对5种抗菌药物耐药率均≥75.0%,表现出很强的耐药性,临床治疗应根据药敏试验结果选择抗菌药物。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the in vitro antibacterial activities of 5 antibiotics against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and A cinetobacter baumannii so as to provide guidance for clinical medication .METHODS According to the criteria of CLSI 2010 edition ,the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of meropenem ,amikacin ,pip-eracillin-tazobactam ,ceftazidime ,cefoperazone-sulbactam to P .aeruginosa and A .baumannii were determined by using agar dilution method .RESULTS The drug resistance rates of the P .aeruginosa to meropenem ,amikacin , piperacillin-tazobactam ,ceftazidime ,and cefoperazone-sulbactam were 30 .0% ,20 .0% ,0 ,45 .0% ,and 15 .0% , respectively ;the drug resistance rates of the A .baumannii were 75 .0% ,80 .0% ,75 .0% ,80 .0% ,and 80 .0% , respectively .The MIC50 of meropenem ,amikacin ,piperacillin-tazobactam ,ceftazidime ,and cefoperazone-sulbac-tam to P .aeruginosa were 8 ,3 ,16 ,16 ,and 5 mg/L ,respectively ;the MIC50 to A .baumannii were 64 ,256 , 256 ,64 ,and 128 mg/L ,respectively ;the MIC90 to P .aeruginosa were 60 .8 ,256 ,64 ,128 ,and 243 .2 mg/L , respectively ;the MIC90 to A .baumannii were 243 .2 ,256 ,256 ,128 ,and 128 mg/L ,respectively .CONCLUSION The drug resistance rates of A .baumannii to the five antibiotics are no less than 75% ,and the strains show high drug resistance ;it is necessary to use antibiotics for clinical treatment based on the results of drug susceptibility testing .
