英文摘要：

Evolutionary psychology is one of the three new research approaches emerged in Western psychology recently.It has brought forward some new viewpoints and research approaches,but the theory itself gives expression to Pessimism,such as the studying of mental and behavioral functions about romantic partner/spouse choice and marital maintenance,showing the absence of some higher feelings,e.g.,love.This paper discussed the embodiment of pessimism of evolutionary psychology in its primary academic hypothesis,and compared it with other two new research approaches——postmodern psychology and positive psychology.
