磷杂菲化合物复合烷基次磷酸阻燃涤纶织物的研究

将磷杂菲/三嗪三酮阻燃剂(TAD)和含磷阻燃剂2-羧乙基苯基次磷酸(CPA)分别单独和按一定比例复配加入到聚氨酯(PU)胶中,涂覆在织物的背面,通过极限氧指数(LOI)和垂直燃烧测试、锥形量热分析、热失重分析、扫描电镜(SEM)测试等研究其阻燃性能并探讨阻燃机理。结果表明,分别单独添加TAD和CPA,可使LOI值达到23.3%和25.1%,缩短续燃时间,抑制熔融滴落,且CPA的阻燃效果优于TAD;将TAD和CPA按照一定比例复配,样品25%TAD/75%CPA/PU/T的LOI值为25.0%,续燃时间更短,平均有效燃烧热(av-EHC)低于样品TAD/PU/涤纶织物(T)和CPA/PU/T,平均CO释放量(av-COY)和总烟释放量(TSR)高于样品TAD/PU/T和CPA/PU/T,说明TAD和CPA复配在气相中发挥明显的协同作用;同时,样品25%TAD/75%CPA/PU/T的锥形量热仪残炭更加连续致密,说明TAD和CPA也会在凝聚相发挥阻燃作用。

Phosphaphenanthrene/triazine-trione flame retardant (TAD) and phosphorous-containing compound CEPPA (CPA) were added in polyurethane (PU) adhesive, and the compound was coated on back of polyester textile. The flame retardant properties of the compound were studied by means of ultimate oxygen index (LOI) and vertical combustion test, cone calorimeter test, thermo gravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the flame retardant mechanism was investigated. The results indicate that when adding TAD and CPA separately, the LOI values of TAD/PU/textile (T) and CPA/PU/T reach to 23.3 % and 25.1% , respectively, the after flame time was shorter than PU/T. The flame-retardant effect of CPA was better than that of TAD. Then, TAD and CPA were combined according to a certain proportion, and the 25%TAD/75% CPA./PU/T showed a shorter after flame time in vertical burning test, a lower average effective heat of combustion value (av-EHC), a higher total average CO yield (av-COY) and smoke release (TSR) in comparison with TAD/PU/T and CPA/PU/T. The results reveal that TAD and CPA have a synergistic flame-retardant effect in the gas phase. The (25%) TAD/ (75%) CPA/PU/T also exhibits more continuous and tougher carbon layer, which implies that TAD and CPA work jointly in the condensed phase.
