研究了在SO3H-功能化离子液体(SFIL)-水/四氢呋喃(THF)双液相体系中一锅法催化转化纤维素为5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的反应,分别考察了催化剂种类、酸度、用量、反应温度和反应时间对纤维素转化效率的 影响.结果表明:在H2O/THF双液相体系中,催化剂的活性不仅与其酸度相关,还与SO3H-功能化离子液体的结构有关;其中,N-(3-磺酸基丙基)吡啶硫酸氢盐([PSPy] HSO4)具有最佳的催化活性.
Production of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) from microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) was studied in SO3H-functionalized ionic liquids -H2O/THF biphasic system. The effects of various reaction parameters such as catalyst type, acidity, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated. It was found that the strong acidity and the structure of S03H-functionaIized ionic liquids played key roles in pro-moting the conversion of cellulose into 5-HMF, and [PSPy]HS04 gave the best results.
