优化冷链物流配送路径,降低配送成本是冷链物流运营的关键。为降低冷链物流中高昂的制冷成本、有效减少食物货损,建立了将温度作为决策变量之一的以运输成本、货损成本和制冷成本为总配送成本的车辆路径优化模型,通过改进遗传算法对模型进行求解。通过算例分析进行验证,结果表明:改进模型可以有效权衡制冷成本和货损成本,得出不同配送路径下不同的厢体温度,大大降低总的配送成本。
Optimizing the path of distribution and reducing the cost of distribution are the keys to the cold chain logistics operation. In order to reduce the refrigeration cost and the damage of food, a vehicle routing optimization model is established, which considers transportation cost, refrigeration cost and cargo cost as the total distribution cost. With temperature as one decision variable, the model is solved by an improved genetic algorithm. Finally, the work is validated by an example. The results show that the improved model can effectively balance the refrigeration cost and cargo cost, and get different envelope temperatm'e in different distribution routes, thus reduce the total cost of distribution greatly.
