ZnSe纳米颗粒的制备及光学性能研究

以硝酸锌和硒粉为源物质,以乙二醇和氢氧化钠的水溶液为反应介质,采用水热法制备了ZnSe纳米颗粒,利用差热分析仪(TG—DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光致发光谱(PL)对产物进行热稳定性、结构、形貌和光学性能表征.差热结果表明ZnSe在常温下具有一定稳定性,直到450℃以上时在空气中可转化为ZnO纳米材料.XRD和SEM研究结果表明,纳米颗粒具有闪锌矿结构并且随着反应时间的增加颗粒尺寸有所增大.PL测试显示近带边发射峰较强,这说明产物的结晶状况良好,并且具有较好的光致发光性能.

Well dispersed ZnSe nanoparticles have been prepared in ethylene glycol and NaOH aqueous solution as reaction medium by hydrothermal method using ZnNO3·6H2O and Se as source materials.TG-DTA,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and photoluminescence(PL) were used to investigate the structure,morphologies and optical properties of ZnSe nanoparticles.At ambient temperature,ZnSe nanoparticles had a good thermostability.ZnO nanocrystal can formed at above 450℃ from ZnSe nanoparticles with O2 in air.The results of XRD and TEM indicated that the structure of the as-prepared samples was the cubic zinc blende,and the average size of nanoparticles becomes bigger with the increase of reaction time.Photoluminescence measurements were also carried out,which indicated that the nanoparticles have much better crystallization and better photoluminescence behaviors.
