以具有重复折展锁解功能的太阳翼为研究对象,根据重复折展锁解关节铰的传动顺序进行太阳翼展开运动学分析;借助Kane动力学方程建立太阳翼展开动力学模型;基于ADAMS建立其仿真模型,并利用原理样机结构参数计算太阳翼各关节铰所需的驱动力矩理论值与仿真值。通过对比研究,验证了重复折展锁解式太阳翼展开动力学模型建立的正确性。
A repeated fold-unfold lock-unlock solar wing was taken as a study object herein.According to the transmission order of the repeated fold-unfold lock-unlock joint hinge,the kinematics analysis of the solar wing deployment mechanism was carried out.Using the Kane dynamic equation,a dynamics model of solar wing deployment was established.Based on ADAMS,the simulation model of solar wing deployment model was made,and the structure parameters of a principle prototype were used to compute theoretical and simulation values of the driven torque for the repeated fold-unfold lock-unlock solar wing.By contrasting theoretical and simulation values,dynamics modeling theory for the repeated fold-unfold lock-unlock solar wing was validated.
