目的研究氟离子改性猪骨源羟基磷灰石的体外抗菌性能。方法分别将猪骨源羟基磷灰石置于0 mol/L(PHA组)、0.5 mol/L(FPHA0.50组)和1.0 mol/L(FPHA1.00组)的氟化钠溶液中,氟离子改性后制备成压片将各组压片与变形链球菌共同培养r通过抑菌环直径及细菌菌落计数评价羟基磷灰石压片的体外抗菌性能。结果 PHA组、FPHA0.50组和FPHA1.00组的抑菌环直径分别为(8.0±0.0)mm、(15.93±0.15)mm和(24.07±0.15)mm,3组抑菌环直径依次增大,且差异具有统计学意义(F=12 446.57,P〈0.001)。PHA组、FPHA0.50组和FPHA1.00组的菌落数量分别为(153.33±10.02)×10~7CFU/mL、(71.00±6.56)×10~7CFU/mL和(45.00±4.00)×10~7 CFU/mL,3组菌落数量依次减少,且差异具有统计学意义(F=180.667,P〈0.001)。结论氟离子改性猪骨源羟基磷灰石在体外能有效地抑制变形链球菌的迁移及增殖。
Objective To explore the antibacterial properties of fluorinated porcine hydroxyapatite in vitro.Methods Streptococcus mutans were co-cultured with fluorinated porcine hydroxyapatite with concentrations of 0 mol/L,0.5 mol/L and 1.0 mol/L respectively.The antibacterial properties of fluorinated porcine hydroxyapatite towards Streptococcus mutans were determined by measuring the bacteriostatic diameter as well as counting the colony forming units(CFU) permilli litet.Results The average inhibition zone diameter of 0 mol/L,0.5 mol/L and 1.0 mol/L fluorinated porcine hydroxyapatite group were(8.0 ±0.0) mm,(15.93 ±0.15) mm and(24.07 ±0.15) mm,respectively.And the average number of CFU were(153.33 ± 10.02) ×10~7 CFU/mL,(71.00 ±6.56) ×10~7 CFU/mL and(45.00 ±4.00)×10 CFU/mL,respectively(n=3,P〈0.05).Counts of bacterial colonies of three groups sequentially reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(F=180.667,P〈0.001).Conclusion In conclusion,fluorinated porcine hydroxyapatite can effectively inhibited the migration and proliferation of Streptococcus mutans in vitro.
