假定中空纤维管空间排布服从正三角形和正方形排布,纤维管半径服从Gauss分布的前提下,从理论上推导出中空纤维透析器管外传质系数表达式,并分析管外液体流速、压降及流量恒定时纤维管半径的分散性对管外传质系数的影响.结果表明,纤维管半径的分散性导致了中空纤维透析器传质系数的下降,且在高填充密度下,纤维管半径分散性的影响更加显著.在相同的纤维管半径分散性下,正三角形排列方式要优于正方形的排列方式.这对提高中空纤维透析器的透析效率以及对中空纤维透析器医疗器械的改进有重要意义.
The shell-side mass transfer coefficients of a hollow fiber dialyzer under regular arrays were deduced theoretically. Triangular and square arrays were used to model hollow fiber distribution, and the hollow fiber outer radii polydispersity was modeled by the Gaussian function. The influence of the fiber radii polydispersity on the shell-side mass transfer coefficient under conditions of constant velocity, constant pressure drop and constant flux were investigated by using the semi-empirical model and equations. The results show that the hollow fiber outer radii polydispersity leads to the decrease of average shell-side mass transfer coefficient, and greater influence at higher packing density. The results are of great importance to the improvement of the hollow fiber dialyzer.
