转向架变轨距技术一直是国际铁路联运亟待解决的问题。概述了国外现有的变轨距转向架发展现状，对铁道车辆转向架变轨距技术进行了详细的分析研究。在此基础上，提出了一套货车转向架变轨距方案，并对变轨距锁紧机构及转向架的轨距变换过程进行了详细的说明。

Gauge- changeable Technology is always a problem that is urgently being solved in international trafflc.In this paper, after application and development of the gauge- changeable bogie in the world are introduced in detail, and the kernel of gauge- changeable technology is analysed, a new designing project about a gauge- changeable bogie for freight wagon is put forward. Finally, the gauge - changeable locking mechanism and gauge- changeable process are narrated.
