为解决多相材料分布及材料/结构一体化优化问题,论文引入基于惩罚指数的材料插值方案对传统双向渐进结构优化的灵敏度算法进行了合理的改进.通过经典算例证实了改进算法在解决传统BESO方法不能胜任的多相材料分布优化和材料/结构一体化优化问题具有很好的收敛性和有效性.对常见参数对结构优化结果影响的研究,得出一些具有实际指导意义的结论.论文所开发的协同软件平台基于简单的ABAQUS建模软件界面降低了对设计人员技能要求,灵活的MATLAB二次开发平台为算法改进提供了广阔的空间.
To solve the problem of multiple-phase materials layout or integrated optimization of mate rial and structure,a new bi-directional evolutionary structural optimization (BESO) method which utilizes material interpolation scheme with penalization is proposed in this paper. Several classic examples are stud- ied by the present BESO method. Results show that this new method can be used for the layout of multiple phase materials or integrated optimization of material and structure. A computer program for the new BE SO program is developed, which employs the operator interface provided by ABAQUS software and the post-processor package by MATLAB. This program is easy to use for engineers who may not be familiar with either FEA and structure optimization.
