采用自制亲水性PVDF-编织管中空纤维复合膜,构建了膜萃取器实验装置,以二-(2-乙基己基)-磷酸(D2EHPA)为有机萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂萃取水中Cu2+,考察不同聚乙烯醇(PVA)含量的复合膜对于水中Cu2+萃取率的影响。结果表明,随温度升高,萃取率不断加大,但在37℃之后,温度对于萃取率影响甚小。而水溶液p H和有机相流量的适当改变,可以显著提高膜的萃取率。随着铸膜液中亲水剂PVA含量的增加,孔隙率不断增大,复合膜表面微孔数量逐渐增多,孔间连通度增大。当PVA的质量分数为4%时,膜表面孔分布均匀、孔隙率最大,且对水中Cu2+的萃取率达到最佳。
Membrane extraction equipment was constructed by using hydrophilic PVDF-woven tubal hollow fiber composite membrane. And Cu2+ from aqueous solution was extracted using D2EHPA organic as extraction agent and kerosene as diluent. The effect of PVA content on extraction rate of Cu2+ using membrane was investigated. Experimental results showed that the extraction rate increased with temperature increasing, but above 37 ℃, the temperature had little effect on the extraction rate. Additionally, the pH of the aqueous solution and organic phase flow rate had a strong effect on the extraction rate. The porosity of the composite membrane increased with the increase of the hydrophilic PVA content, meanwhile the pore size on the surface of composite membrane gradually got larger. The PVDF-woven tubal hollow fiber membrane prepared from the dope with 4% mass fraction of PVA had the best performance and extraction rate.
