A index system of assessing student cognitive structure is developed according to the constitution of student cognitive structure （cognitive operation, power supply and cognitive control）. Basing on such system a dynamic intelligence. Bayesian network assessement model is presented. The reliability of model is tested and analyzed by using real data.
