英文摘要：

Venture capital is the catalyst for accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has provided the impetus for the production and development of venture capital.Based on the questionnaire survey of high-tech enterprises and venture enterprises in Fujian Province,this paper empirically analyzes the promotional mechanism of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to the development of venture capital.The results show that participation in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements can help venture enterprises accumulate more management experience,improve the investment level and risk management,but it has little effect on venture enterprises to expand their social resources.We should accelerate the development of science and technology agencies,create a good market environment for technological innovation activities,introduce and cultivate professional talents of venture capital so as to promote the development of venture capital.
