全麻药物应用于临床已近170年,但其作用机制目前尚未完全阐明。近年来,随着神经科学的飞速发展,神经环路理论用于全麻机制的研究成为该领域的一个研究热点。研究证实,丘脑-皮质环路功能动态变化、睡眠-觉醒环路的网络调控、皮层碎片化均是麻醉导致意识消失的神经环路机制。综述全麻药物作用机制的神经环路理论研究进展,以期为全麻药物在脑内作用途径的研究提供新的理论基础。
General anesthetics have been used in surgery for alrnost 170 years. However, their mechanisms of action haven't yet been completely elucidated. In recent years, with the fast development of neuroscience, application of neural circuit theory in the mechanistic research of general anesthesia became a hotspot in this field. It has been proved that dynamic modulation of thalamo-cortical loop, sleep-arousal network and cortical fragmentation are involved in the neural circuit mechanisms of general anesthesia induced unconsciousness. This review introduced the progress in neural circuits theory for the mechanistic research of general anesthesia, so as to provide new theoretical basis for this field.
