基于最弱链接统计分析,建立复合材料纤维桥联力学模型,研究纤维桥联对陶瓷基复合材料断裂韧度的影响。模型同时考虑完整纤维桥联和断裂纤维拔出桥联机制。利用纤维桥联力学模型计算纤维桥联应力/位移关系和纤维增韧陶瓷基复合材料裂纹扩展阻力曲线。计算结果显示,完整纤维桥联最大应力大于断裂纤维拔出桥联最大应力,但是完整纤维桥联作用距离远小于断裂纤维拔出桥联作用距离。裂纹扩展阻力主要由断裂纤维拔出桥联提供。纤维基体摩擦力τ越小,裂纹扩展阻力曲线平台值越高。纤维半径r的变化引起的裂纹扩展阻力平台值的变化不大。
The influence of fiher bridging on the resistance curve of fiber reinforced ceramic composite is analyzed adopting the model of fiber bridging. The model is based on weakest-link statistics. Both intact fiber bridging and broken fiber bridging are considered in the model of fiber bridging. The results show that although the max stress of intact fiber bridging is larger than that of broken fiber bridging, broken fiber bridging is the main contribution to the fracture toughness of the fiber reinforced ceramic composite. The fracture toughness increases with decreasing shear resistance between fiber and matrix. The radius of fiber brings little influence on the toughness of composite.
