心理脱离是指个体下班后在时空和心理两个层面从工作中抽离出来,不被工作相关问题所干扰并停止对工作思考的心理状态。研究表明,心理脱离会通过不同的作用机制对员工的健康、工作表现和幸福感等身心状态或行为产生影响。本文通过对心理脱离相关研究的回顾与梳理,从概念着手,重点阐述了影响员工心理脱离的因素和心理脱离的作用机制,并指出了现有研究的不足、未来研究的突破方向以及现有研究对实践的启示。
Psychological detachment refers to a psychological state that employees detach themselves from work at spatial and psychological levels, prevent themselves from being disturbed by work-related issues and stop thinking about work during non-work time. It shows that psychological detachment has effects on em- ployees' physical & mental state and behavior like health, performance and well-being through different mechanisms. Through a review of psychological detachment literature, this paper places emphasis on the elab- oration of influencing factors and mechanisms of psychological detachment from a concept perspective and points out existing research shortcomings, future breakthrough directions and the enlightenment to practice.
