森林火灾频发给我国造成了严重的森林资源损失和其他方面的损失。而我国在森林火行为预测预报研究方面水平较低,还无法准确地对火灾进行预测。加拿大森林火行为预测系统（FBP系统）可以利用森林可燃物类型、气象条件、地形地势及火行为特征等因子准确有效地对森林火行为进行预测预报,对林火管理人员制定灭火计划和组织火灾扑救工作具有十分重要的意义。文中介绍了FBP系统的主要结构和工作原理,以及系统内部参数和预测预报所需的相关数据,概述了该系统在加拿大的实际应用情况,对我国建立森林火灾预报、火行为预测系统进行了展望。
英文摘要：
Every year frequent out- of- controlled forest fires cause serious loss of forest resources and other losses in China. However,the level in the study of forest fire behavior forecast in China is low,and can not predict the fire accurately. The Canadian Forest Fire Behavior Prediction system（ FBP） can predict forest fire behavior on a reliable basis for the fire with input variables of fuel types,weather conditions and topography. This information is very important for drafting forest fire management plans and organizing fire fighting and rescue work. Based on FBP system,this paper introduces the main structure and working principle,and then introduces the concept of system parameters and the related data for prediction. By considering the practical application of this system in Canada and the current situation of forest fire prevention in China,the paper proposes the introduction of the FBP system into forest fire management and fire control strategy in China in order to advance the ability of predicting forest fire behavior in China.
