为了研究火灾下铝合金轴心受压构件的稳定承载能力,在不同温度下,进行了14个矩形截面铝合金挤压型材试件的轴心受压试验。试验均为恒温加载,试验过程中保持温度不变,荷载持续增加,直至达到构件的极限承载力。全部试件都发生了整体弯曲失稳。对试验结果进行了分析,并将试验结果与中国和欧洲铝合金结构设计规范进行了比较。结果表明:在常温下,两种规范给出的结果与试验结果吻合较好;在高温下,欧洲规范结果与试验结果相差较大。
In order to investigate the buckling resistance of axially loaded aluminum members under fire condition,axial compression tests were carried out on a total of 14 extruded rectangular cross-section aluminum members at different temperatures.During the tests,each specimen was loaded to collapse at a given temperature.All of the specimens failed by global flexural buckling.A comparative analysis had been conducted between the experimental results and the design results predicted by Code for design of aluminum structures(GB 50429—2007)and Eurocode 9.It is demonstrated that the design results of the both codes show good agreement with the test results at ambient temperature,while at elevated temperatures Eurocode 9 gives considerably different results in comparison with experimental data.
