基于相关文献和案例研究从组织管理视角发展核心技术控制力概念，并基于复杂产品系统创新过程从产品平台、技术集成和自主开发三个要素解构其内涵，运用演化经济学方法分析各要素对核心技术控制力的动态演化效应并构建动态演化模型。运用一主多辅的多案例研究方法对模型进行检验，研究发现：产品平台、技术集成和自主开发分别通过遗传、变异和选择机制影响复杂产品系统创新的核心技术控制力演化过程。
英文摘要：
The concept core technology control was developed in sight of organization management capability based on related literature and case study, including three elements of product platform, technology integration and self-development. It is more applicable to use evolutionary economics analysis methods to analyze the dynamic evolution of core technology control influenced by three elements. The results show that product platform, technol-ogy integration and self-development produce effects on the dynamic evolution of core technology control by the inheritance, variation and selection mechanism. With a single case and multiple cased test.
