研究生的创新能力,是当前研究生教育改革与发展的重要主题。由于课程设置不合理,教学内容和教学手段过于形式化,科学研究的环境有限,缺乏合理、有效的评价机制,束缚了研究生的创新能力的培养。而改变机械类研究生创新能力培养的现状则需要通过改革培养计划,优化课程设置;改革研究生教学,优化教学模式;建立新的研究生科技创新体系以及设置合理、有效的评价机制,完善创新激励机制。
英文摘要：
The graduate students’ innovation ability is an important reform and development theme of the current graduate education. The innovation ability of graduate students is bounded because of many reasons, such as： the unreasonable curriculum,the formal teaching content,the teaching methods,the limited environmental science,the lack of reasonable and effective evaluation mechanisms. To improve the innovation ability of graduate student, the training plan need be reformed,which is also need an optimize curriculum, and the teaching mode should be reformed. The new science and technology innovation system for graduates should be established, and the reasonable and effective evaluation mechanism should be set,the innovation incentives need be improved too.
