以钛酸四丁酯(CH3(CH2)3O)4Ti为钛源,碘酸HIO3和硝酸铁Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为改性剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了铁碘共掺杂纳米TiO2催化剂。利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、热重-差热(TG-DTG)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,当焙烧温度为400℃时,Fe/I-TiO2呈锐钛矿型,晶粒粒径为11.28 nm,紫外可见光谱发生红移,400~600 nm范围内吸收强度增大。质量浓度50 mg.L-1的土霉素的光催化降试验表明,焙烧温度为400℃、掺铁量为0.05%的TiO2可见光催化活性最佳。
Titanium dioxide sol was synthesized by sol-gel method with adulteration of HIO3 and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O.The samples were characterized by XRD,TG-DTG and UV-Vis.The results showed that the diameter of particles was 11.28 nm and pure anatase when calcination temperature was at 400 ℃.From the UV-Vis spectra,the absorption edge of iron and iodine codoped titania had a red shift and the absorption intensities increased in the 400~600 nm range.Fe/I-TiO2 with different calcination temperature and mass percentage of Fe3+ were studied.The best degradation effect of 50 mg·L-1 OTC was observed in TiO2 with 400 ℃ and 0.05% doped Fe3+.
