以我国台湾花莲港海域台风资料为例,把泊松 P -Ⅲ分布运用到设计风速的计算中。使用过阈法把年台风资料分成夏季、秋季和全年三个样本分别进行处理。在该海域,夏季台风发生次数更多,但是秋季台风产生的最大风速更大,破坏性也更大。最后引用泊松 Gumbel 分布计算该海域的设计风速,进行比较验证,更好的推算了该海域的设计风速。进一步给出了该海区不同重现期的基本风压,为海洋工程的设计提供指导。
According to Taiwan Hualian Port’s typhoon data in China ,the Poisson P-Ⅲ distribution was adopted to cal-culate the design wind velocity .Here ,the data were divided into three samples ,such as the summer ,autumn and whole year .It is found that in this area ,the typhoon mainly occurs in summer and autumn .In summer ,the typhan number is greater ,but the maximum wind speed is produced in autumn ,which is also more destructive .Moreover ,the Poisson Gumbel distribution is introduced .Two methods were compared and verified in order to get the better design wind velocity and basic wind pressure of Hualian Port for reference .
